Do VM sizes determine my bill?
No. Sharktech measures the total resources consumed across your cloud. Build one large VM or many smaller ones; the billing model cares about aggregate CPU, memory, storage, transfer and address usage.
What happens above the included resources?
Additional resources are charged at the published rates. Small, Medium and Large have listed resource ceilings. Enterprise has no preset resource ceiling. These are resource limits, not a monetary spending cap.
How is API access secured?
Secure API access by approved source IP is included as standard. Use the simplified management interface for everyday work or OpenStack APIs and compatible tools for automation.
Can I move to predictable fixed billing?
Yes. Dedicated Cloud uses the same platform with a fixed resource allocation and fixed billing, without hourly resource charges or automatic overages.
