Build an application environment ↗LESS INFRASTRUCTURE. MORE SHIPPING.
Deploy common application stacks, databases and containers without spending your day maintaining the underlying servers. Set resource limits, monitor consumption and scale the environment around demand.

INSIDE THE PLATFORM
Build your environment, manage its services and deploy applications from the actual Sharktech CAP interface.

BUY CREDIT. DEPLOY IMMEDIATELY.
Purchase prepaid CAP credit, then use it across the droplets and application environments you choose. Once your payment is processed and the account is activated, the platform is ready to deploy—no hardware provisioning wait.
Fund your CAP balance through the customer portal.
Create droplets and select your applications, databases and scaling limits.
Consumption draws from your balance. Monitor usage and add credit as needed.
The checkout starts with $5 in credit. This is prepaid credit, not a fixed $5/month hosting package.
PLATFORM AS A SERVICE, MADE PRACTICAL
You bring the application. CAP creates and operates its container environment—provisioning runtime services, connecting databases and load balancers, monitoring consumption, and scaling resources inside the limits you choose.
Developers can create development, staging and production environments without manually building every server, operating-system layer and service dependency.
FROM IDEA TO A RUNNING ENVIRONMENT
No infrastructure scavenger hunt. The topology wizard puts the application, services and scaling policy in one workflow.
Create development, staging or production and select the service region appropriate for the application.
Select the runtime, application servers, databases, load balancers and container services the stack requires.
Upload an archive, connect Git or SVN, use the marketplace, or deploy through API, SSH and CLI workflows.
Define scaling limits. CAP adjusts resources with demand while usage, statistics and billing remain visible.
A COMPLETE APPLICATION TOOLBOX
Choose from supported runtimes, application servers, data services, traffic tools and container orchestration. CAP can serve a traditional application, a modern microservices architecture, or the stages in between.
EASY DOES NOT MEAN LIMITED
The visual topology wizard makes the first deployment approachable. Developers retain console, configuration and log access, while automation teams can manage environments through API and command-line workflows.
Compose the environment, add services, clone it and control scaling from the dashboard.
Deploy from repositories with automatic updates or upload ZIP, WAR, JAR and EAR packages.
Integrate CAP into established delivery workflows and manage environments programmatically.
SCALING THAT FOLLOWS THE APPLICATION
Vertical scaling adjusts CPU and memory assigned to a container. Horizontal scaling adds or removes container instances. Policies can respond to load without requiring the team to manually resize a server during every traffic change.
THE BILLING UNIT
CAP assigns Cloudlets in real time, up to your chosen limit. Hourly compute billing uses whichever is higher: average CPU Cloudlets or peak RAM Cloudlets.
Usage draws from your prepaid credit. Storage and bandwidth are measured separately. Review current rates and the final configuration in the customer portal.CONTROL WITHOUT THE SERVER CHORES
See current and historical resource consumption instead of discovering it only when an invoice arrives.
Inspect application behavior, open the container console and manage the settings the stack requires.
Use access levels, two-factor authentication and isolated application environments.
Collaborate through the dashboard while keeping deployment and environment management together.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF CONTROL
WHERE CAP EARNS ITS KEEP
Separate development, staging and production while keeping deployment, services and scaling in a consistent platform.
Give promotions and seasonal demand room to grow without permanently sizing every environment for the peak.
Launch with a small footprint, avoid a large infrastructure commitment and expand as adoption grows.
Create, clone and manage multiple application environments without rebuilding the delivery stack for every project.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. CAP is a container-native application platform. You define an application environment and the platform handles resource provisioning, orchestration, scaling and service topology within the limits you set. Choose SmartVPS when you want to manage the operating system yourself.
No. The dashboard provides console access, configuration and log files, a deployment manager, usage history and tools for team collaboration. Environments can also be managed through the API.
CAP supports legacy monolithic applications and modern microservices. Deploy local ZIP, WAR, JAR or EAR archives, connect Git or SVN with automatic updates, or use integrated development and CI/CD tools. Application compatibility should be confirmed for your specific stack.
A Cloudlet is 400 MHz of CPU and 128 MiB of RAM. CAP assigns Cloudlets to containers according to real-time consumption, within the scaling limits you define.
Buy prepaid credit for your droplets and environments. Hourly Cloudlet consumption, storage and bandwidth draw from that balance. For each hour, active Cloudlets are based on the higher of average CPU consumption or peak RAM consumption—not the sum of both. Usage and billing history remain visible in the dashboard.
Yes. Migration assistance can include application and environment analysis, a migration blueprint prepared with your team, and assistance moving applications and data. Scope the work with Sharktech before the migration begins.
