Is Dedicated Cloud the same as Private Cloud?
No. Dedicated Cloud gives you a fixed resource allocation on the Sharktech cloud platform. Private Cloud is custom, exclusive physical infrastructure built specifically for one organization.
Do VM sizes change the price?
No. The bill is based on the fixed resource allocation you order, not on named virtual-machine shapes. Divide the available CPU, memory and storage among one VM or many.
Can I exceed the allocation automatically?
No. Dedicated Cloud does not apply hourly overage charges. Increase the allocation through the billing platform when more capacity is required.
How is API access secured?
Secure API access by approved source IP is included as standard. You can use the OpenStack-powered environment through the simplified portal or automate it through compatible APIs and tools.
